The technique of disperse dyes direct printing
According to the plant's actual equipments,and in light in light of different colour fixing methods,the techniques of thermosol color fixing(TH) method,high temperature steam method and high pressure steam method can be adopted.
Because each plant uses different pastes and auxiliaries,please refer to the suppliers for original pastes and color pastes recipes technique and also make the relevant testing before usage.The best PH scope for disperse dyes direct priting is between 4.5 to 5.5 by adding in some reductive protective agent or color fixing accelerator,etc.
